The GNC tenant improvement included an overhaul of its interior as well as front and back building facades to comply with the La Cumbre Plaza tenant design guidelines. The mall’s original canopy structures across several tenant spaces was deconstructed allowing the new storefront to extended upward and outward creating an appearance of a smaller individual building.
The new exterior materials follow GNC’s branding; painted grey fiber cement panels, clear anodized aluminum siding and storefront, standing seam metal roof, with a pop the bright red GNC logo mounted on a frosted glass panel.
