La Cumbre Plaza is a success story of turning an outdated 60’s mall into a shopping district that competes with traditional main street shopping. The plaza became a self renewing environment that will remain attractive for many years to come. This project was accomplished with a minimal capital outlay from the Landlord, and creation of a Tenant Design Guidelines.
