The Radio Square development consists of 55 residential units three stories above commercial spaces at street level, and parking below grade.
The project being located in Santa Barbara’s highly restrictive El Pueblo Viejo historic district, the design continues the small scale fabric of this traditional town. Massing is broken into virtual buildings, to be finished in different materials and methods to achieve the appearance of a neighborhood built over time.
