Paseo Nuevo mall is the heart of Santa Barbara’s downtown center, created three decades ago to revitalize the once blighted state street. We were engaged to breath new life throughout the mall with new signage, environmental graphics, courtyard redesigns, and pedestrian Improvetments including new artisan hand-crafted wood benches, clay pots, decorative urns, wrought iron chandeliers, and colorful ribbon banners through the Paseos.
